Continuing education and training ensure radiologist excellence
All Aris radiologist candidates are carefully screened by our CMO and CEO for clinical skills and expertise, as well as customer service and communication skills. Radiologists also participate in a clinical assessment prior to employment, to provide Aris with a benchmark that helps us ensure every hire is qualified. Roughly one-third of candidates do not pass this stringent assessment.
But hiring is just the start. We recognize the need for ongoing professional development, and for our radiologists to stay abreast of the latest advances and thought leadership in radiology. That’s why we provide our radiologists with an annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance for their participation in ongoing medical education and industry training events. Our radiologists also participate in regularly scheduled calls with the Aris CMO and operations management to review quality metrics, review specific cases, share best practices and discuss opportunities for improvement.
